Who we are

The Longevity Collective is powered by Expand Health, a longevity clinic in De Waterkant, Cape Town. We are responsible for the personal information you share through this website. You can reach us at jack@expand.health.

What we collect

Only what you give us through our forms: your name and email address and, if you choose, a hotel you would like tested. Hotels that enquire also share their organisation, location, role and message.

Why we use it

To respond to your nomination or enquiry, to arrange a call with hotels that ask for one and, only if you tick the box, to tell you when a hotel carries the seal and when new hotels are verified.

Who sees it

Your information is never sold or shared for marketing. It is kept by The Longevity Collective and the service providers who help us run our email and records, under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it for the purpose you gave it, or until you ask us to remove it.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you may ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and you may unsubscribe from our notes at any time. Write to jack@expand.health. You may also contact South Africa’s Information Regulator.
